Where people and purpose come together.

Our islands thrive alongside the communities around us. Through the Atmosphere Foundation’s partnerships across the Maldives, we support learning, skills, wellness, and opportunities that reach children, youth, elders, and families alike. From classrooms to bamboo fields, workshops and hearing camps, we are committed to growing stronger, more empowered island communities, together.

Education & Training

We support early learning, youth development, and practical training that helps people thrive in real-world environments. Whether it’s improving classrooms, supporting vocational programmes, building learning spaces, or sponsoring educational tools, communities access to opportunities that last.

In 2025, the foundation worked with a large number of educational institutions and students.

Social Impact & Health Outreach

Well-being is an essential part of a resilient community. Through hearing camps, health screenings, and targeted social-impact projects, Atmosphere Foundation bring essential support to islands that need better access to care. These initiatives help identify health challenges early and strengthen community confidence.

In 2025, this commitment translated into the following measurable outcomes: • Hearing camps conducted for 112 people • Vision screening: 779 individuals

CSR Across the Islands

Resort CSR initiatives extend beyond the island shores, with teams working closely alongside neighbouring inhabited islands to identify practical community needs. Through the provision of essential items, funding support for small-scale projects, and targeted assistance, the resorts contribute to meaningful, locally driven improvements.

In 2025, CSR engagement resulted in the following community-focused contributions:

Guest-Led Conservation & Eco-Education

Guests play a powerful role in conservation. Our coral adoption programmes, guided eco-education experiences, and marine awareness sessions allow guests to directly support reef regeneration and understand the ecosystems surrounding them. These experiences foster connection, and encourage visitors to become long-term ambassadors for the Maldives.
