The Breezer@30 is a structured check-in for new ACERs one month into their journey, offering an open forum with HR and Learning & Development teams to discuss experiences, address challenges, and reinforcing trust and open communication within the team.
Train the Trainer is a hands-on, two-day workshop that empowers ACERs with the skills to train their peers effectively, using structured methodologies like step-by-step instruction and the “3x Practice” approach. The programme incorporates ATMOSPHERE CORE’s very own 15 Steps Sequence of training unique to our brand and targets a trainer to trainee ratio of 1:10 to ensure personalised attention and success.
The Hotel Cross-Training Program is designed to enhance skills and knowledge across departments, allowing ACERs to gain experience within different areas of the same resort or in the same department at another resort. The program aims to cultivate interest in various departments and understand practices in different locations and create a more engaged and cohesive team.
The Atmosphere Development Programme (ADP) is a leadership development initiative for ACERs with a strong performance record, featuring modules on feedback, HR practices, financial literacy, and training techniques. ACERs gain cross-functional exposure and complete a final project, with successful graduates becoming eligible for career advancement within ATMOSPHERE CORE.
The Individual Development Programme (IDP) is a tailored leadership program for ExCom 1 members, offering highly personalised training, executive certifications through advanced trainings from prestigious institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad and the Harvard ManageMentor certification, and cross-exposure across all ATMOSPHERE CORE resorts to develop well-rounded leadership capabilities.
The Workplace Harassment Awareness Training (W.H.A.T) at ATMOSPHERE CORE is a critical initiative designed to maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment for all ACERs. ACERs are trained to recognise, prevent, and report workplace harassment, reinforcing ATMOSPHERE CORE’s commitment to maintaining a professional and respectful workplace where everyone can thrive and feel safe and valued.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) training is essential to safeguard guest and employee data. This program ensures that all ACERs understand and follow data privacy regulations, focusing on best practices for managing sensitive information, maintaining transparency, and ensuring compliance with EU standards, ensuring accountability and guest trust.
LinkedIn Learning empowers our team with access to a vast range of professional development courses by integrating our online learning platform with LinkedIn’s extensive resources. Launched in February 2025, it offers opportunities to enhance skills, improve leadership abilities, and stay ahead of industry trends
At ATMOSPHERE CORE, we believe in learning with fun. Kahoot, an interactive, game-based virtual platform makes learning engaging and enjoyable by enabling ACERs to participate in dynamic quizzes and games.
